William
O'Neil was born in New Jersey, but now resides in Los Angeles. He
is addicted to The Weather Channel and can often be found lamenting over
missed rain and snowstorms. He is the co-creator of several comic
books including: CHASSIS and VIOLENT MESSIAHS and currently writes
JOHN CARPENTER'S SNAKE PLISSKEN CHRONICLES, published by CrossGen Ent.
William says he relates to Scooby-Doo because he too often feels that
nobody listens to him.
