Inkworks announces the next installment of The X-Files Trading Card Series, highlighting the drama of the final season of the series – Season 9 - in a limited print run of only 600 cases.  The ultra-premium trading cards and packaging that collector’s have come to expect from our previous three releases will be available again, bringing collectors current in their collections.

Look for a 90-card series filled with all the strange and insightful storylines of the final season of the X-Files, including behind-the-scenes shots of the final episode, and expanded character profiles.

4 Levels of bonus cards:

• 9 “THE TRUTH ON TRIAL” foil puzzle cards, highlight the memorable return of many of the favorite X-Files cast members from the past for the Mulder's trial in the final episode. (Nine different cards - Appx. odds 1:11 packs).
    
  

• 6 “REUNITED” foil-etched cards explore the reunion of Mulder and Scully. (Six different cards - Appx. odds 1:17 packs).
    
  

• PIECEWORKS CARDS: One Per Box!  Five cards containing pieces of costumes worn on-screen in Season Nine.  One previously announced Pieceworks card was cancelled, click here for more information.  (Five different cards - Appx. odds 1: 24 packs - 1 per box):

There are nine cards in each pack (SRP $2.99) of The X-Files: Season Nine Premium Trading Cards.  Each sealed display box contains 24 packs.  In addition, a unique foil-enhanced collector binder has been created to hold The X-Files: Season Nine cards.
